Gardasil 9

Humon popillomavirus 9-valent vaccine

The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine helps the immune system develop protection against HPV before exposure to the virus. It contains a small piece of the virus to teach the body to make antibodies against HPV, but it doesn't contain live virus and can't cause infection. The CDC recommends routine vaccination at age 11 or 12, but it can be started as early as age 9. The vaccine is also recommended for anyone up to age 26 who wasn't adequately vaccinated earlier.
